Unless specifically noted on the page of the item you are purchasing, all shipping charges (for continental US ONLY) are included in the product pricing. This is to enable us to more quickly process orders. This also helps us to keep our pricing lower than we could do otherwise.

The vast majority of products available through NanasCupboard.com are hand-made, unique items. Many items are made to order, which takes time. We strive to provide the best possible product and service for our customers, but due to the fact that our products are custom made, most items require a 2-4 week time frame to complete and ship. Rush orders are available on some items for an additional fee - please email us to ask if you would like to rush an order.

All items will be shipped via US Mail. For additional fee, you can request Priority or Express services, but this is not usually beneficial since most items are custom.

There are no returns on custom made items.

Any returns that are accepted must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the condition that they were shipped and will be credited only - NO CASH REFUNDS.
