Mayonnaise-free Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups uncooked noodles, any style
1 small green pepper
1 large tomato
1 cucumber
2 dill pickle spears
6 eggs, hard boiled, shells removed
1 small onion, if desired
1 pkg. frozen small peas, thawed
3 stalks celery
1/2 cup Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing*
Salt and pepper to taste.

*For a lighter salad, use "Lite" dressing. 

Preparation:

Cook noodles as directed on package. Rinse to cool.  Chop green pepper, tomato, cucumber, pickles, celery, and onion.  Either chop or slice eggs.  Put all ingredients into a large bowl and toss.  Add dressing and toss again.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Yield: 1 large bowl.  Should serve about 16-20.
