Ingredients:
2
small bags frozen fruit (no sugar
added)
1 box white or yellow cake mix
2 cups Diet 7-Up or Diet Sprite
|
Preparation:
Spread
frozen fruit in bottom of 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over fruit.
Take Diet 7-Up or Diet Sprite and
evenly pour over cake mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350
for 30 minutes. Remove from
oven, take foil off, and return
to oven for another 45-50 minutes.
It may look like you have dry spots
here and there but it is fully cooked.
Very
low in fat and sugar, but very good.
(I like to put a scoop of fat-free,
sugar-free vanilla ice cream on
top of the hot cobbler. |
